Growth of Gold Nanostructures on the MoS2 Surface Modified with Polyvinylpyrrolidone

Abstract: Here we report on the synthesis of plasmonic gold nanostructures, preferably nanoprisms, having clean surface. They were grown on the molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) modified with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). The synthesis of such nanostructures was carried out in two stages.
