Group sensitivity training with Thai workers and managers as a process to promote inter- and intrapersonal relations, and work performance

Abstract: Relatively little attention has been paid to the use of group sensitivity training in developing nations. This study investigated the effects of group sensitivity training on the inter-and intrapersonal relations and the work performance of 20 workers and 20 managers of the Petroleum Authority of Thailand.
