Consolidated information is formed on the components of a SWOT analysis of a hotel business strategy according to the authors' proposals. The process of SWOT analysis in improving the activity of Ukrainian hotels at the stage of planning and implementation of strategic directions is revealed. The formation of an information base is outlined with an integrated approach in the process of implementation. Organizational measures for implementing the hotel strategy according to SWOT analysis are indicated. Conclusions are drawn and directions for further research are shown.
The obtained results are the process of making management decisions based on a set of market data, which determines the application of a certain sequence of recognized stages (algorithm). A SWOT analysis, which was prepared by eliminating all the ideas of the participants and ranking them in order of importance, will combine a large problem into a report that is more understandable to individuals and must be put into practice by them.

Tallo Village, Agampacayya area is one of the Under-resourced neighbourhood/area areas in Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province. The District Government categorizes the area as a Under-resourced neighbourhood/area area following regional regulations from 2015 to 2020. Over time, the area has increased because Tallo Village is located in a strategic economic area, the Center for Trade, Trade and Services Economy, Makassar City, South Sulawesi. Physical development took place in this area without any planning process. This impacts the deviation of the use of space, resulting in the inadequate arrangement of buildings in this area. However, the response from stakeholders (government, community and private sector) has been slow. It will have a massive environmental degradation impact on the coastal area of Agampacayya, Tallo Vilage. This study aimed to formulate a strategy for developing Under-resourced neighbourhood/area settlements in Tallo Vilage, Kampung Nelayan. This descriptive research used two analysis methods: quantitatively to answer the first problem and qualitatively to answer the second and third problems. The results showed that the settlement of Kampung Nelayan, Tallo Village was included in the village typology with a medium to high category of Under-resourced neighbourhood/areas. The SWOT analysis results show that handling Under-resourced neighbourhood/area settlements in Kampung Nelayan Tallo Village can be done through strategic combinations of strengths and opportunities to overcome existing weaknesses and threats. The results of the calculation of the strategy formulation show that handling the treatment of Kampung Nelayan Under-resourced neighbourhood/areas prioritizes strategies from a combination of strengths (S) - Opportunities (O) for the development of Under-resourced neighbourhood/area settlements in Kampung Nalayan Tallo Village.
The city administration considers implementing urban green open spaces a viable solution to meet Indonesia's Folu Net Sink 2030 target and the Long-Term Strategy for Low Carbon and Climate Resilience (LTS LCCR) 2050. This initiative addresses the urban environment's declining carrying capacity and resilience. The current urban green open space development level in Sorong City stands at 8.21%, which falls short of the 30% target mandated by the central government. The utilization of SWOT analysis is employed as a means to construct comprehensive plans and strategies. The findings indicate that the IFE value is 2.38, while the EFE value is 2.27. To mitigate the effects of potential threats, it is essential to ascertain the defensive mechanisms employed by the entity under consideration. A total of 110 weakness-threat (WT) strategies were identified through the collaborative efforts of managers and municipal environmental planners, who combined 10 weakness aspects with 11 threat components. Regrettably, a limited number of these hypothetical solutions demonstrated satisfactory performance. The Urban Green Open Space Development (UGOSD) initiative in Southwest Papua has found six viable Wakness-Threat (WT) alternatives to enhance the urban green infrastructure system.
