Paper has tried to find a balance between the traditional role of public administration (transparency, efficiency, information symmetry and other values of common European administrative space) and the new role since the European Green Deal (2020) and public procurement reform (2014) as a policy tool for promoting green growth. It has been argued that Green Public Governance Efficiency can be assessed according to inputs and outputs. The information can be organised into several categories: Investment in Environmental governance, public institution energy consumption and green public procurement. Some variables can be waged as outputs: sustainable development growth index (SDGI), consumer engagement in green governance and the achievement of Green Public Procurement (GPP) criteria. It is difficult to arrive at conclusions about a need for appropriate instrumental variables. Despite the limitations, these are valuable in light of how Public Administration can contribute to environmental protection and long-term growth.

The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that green industry is a new area of the economy aimed at preserving the well-being of society through the efficient use of Earth resources. The development of humankind is impossible without the impact on the environment and the use of natural resources: factories are built, waste is incinerated, minerals are mined, forests are cut, and smoking factories are launched. Almost all human actions affect the ecosystem of the Earth; hence, the article discusses whether it is possible to make this impact less harmful. Studies are given on the harm caused by large-scale production to the environment and how to reduce it; how the environmental policy of cities is changing and enterprises are transformed; what is a ‘green industry’ and how to organize production according to its principles. The empirical basis of the study is the research report of the World Health Organization; American scientists and experts of the Swiss company IQAir, the data of the rating of the US Blacksmith Institute (Pure Earth NGO) for the study of the toxic cities, as well as Eric Hobsbawm’s scientific works. The practical significance of the research is aimed at the rational use and organization of work with natural resources, their economical consumption, the use of environmentally friendly technologies in production and in life, and the creation of sustainable conditions for investment in such projects not only by the government authorities, but also by the private sector.

Does Green Governance Efficiency and Green Finance Polices Matters in Sustainable Environment: Implications for Public Health

Rapid and widespread changes in the environment and climate, such as rising temperatures, water and air pollution, floods, and droughts, disease vector migration are putting human health at risk. In this case, green governance is an essential driver for the restructuring of economic development and realizing a green technological revolution for sustainable development and its implications for public health. This article aims to explore the effects and interrelationships of green governance and green finance policies on sustainable development in various regions of China's from 2008 to 2018 using panel data estimation technique. The findings show that China's overall green governance index and green finance policies resulted in a substantial decrease in environmental pollution during the study time. Financial inclusion also be a factor to the reduction of CO2 emissions and has a positive influence on environmental security investment projects, according to our findings. China is on track to become a world leader in an enactment of green finance concept, and controllers must speed up the development of green finance products and strengthen financial institutions' ability to provide green credit. Policymakers should promote green governance and green fiancé to keenly play a part in environmental security projects that boost green spending while minimizing the procedural risk.
