The European hotel industry is embracing green CSR to address sustainability challenges and foster ethical cultures. This approach can lead to increased capital, market access, sales, profitability, cost reductions, and better decision-making. Around 87% of tourists want sustainable travel and 39% are willing to pay more for eco-friendly lodging. Green CSR initiatives can be categorized into process-based and product-based approaches. Strategic periplectic for European hospitality industry included all strategic actions taken by the hospitality industry in Europe to overcome the sustainability, and in this study, these strategic actions are discussed. However, to improve green CSR programs, the hospitality industry of Europe should focus on environmentally friendly infrastructure, circular economy policies, and sustainable dining options. Collaborating with local communities, implementing technological integration, participating in carbon offset schemes, advocating for legislative changes, and participating in conferences can foster innovation and advance sustainability.
