Granulomatosis With Polyangiitis in Otolaryngologist Practice: A Review of Current Knowledge

Abstract: Granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) is an idiopathic vasculitis of medium and small arteries, characterized by necrotizing granulomatous inflammation. GPA typically affects upper and lower respiratory tract with coexisting glomerulonephritis.
