The purpose of this study is the role of ownership concentration, firm size, and leverage in influencing good corporate governance. This research design is quantitative. The population used is 45 companies indexed LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and with the Purposive Sampling method, obtained 17 companies with 3 years of observation, so the number of samples in this study is 51. The results show that the concentration of ownership, company size, and leverage have a significant effect. The test results show a positive and significant effect on the implementation of corporate governance partially for each variable and simultaneously for all variables.

Terdapat 270 LPD yang ada di Kabupaten Gianyar, sedangkan dari jumlah tersebut terdapat 17 LPD yang tidak beroperasi. Penyebab dari LPD karena pengelolaan yang tidak baik sehingga mengalami kebangkrutan dan mengalami krisis kepercayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap kinerja Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) di Kabupaten Gianyar tahun 2022 dilihat dari prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, independensi serta kewajaran. Penelitian ini mempergunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi adalah nasabah dan karyawan LPD di Kabupaten Gianyar. Sampel dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan sebelumnya dilakukan pengujian instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik untuk keakurasian hasil analisis regresi dengan program SPSS version 26.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja LPD. Transparansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja LPD. Akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja LPD. Responsibilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja LPD. Independensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja LPD. Kewajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja LPD di Kabupaten Gianyar.

The purpose of this study is to propose the management of BAZNAS which could become one of the role models of digital zakat because it is quite successful in managing zakat and the use of digital technology to create the interests of the people. Literature studies are used to reveal the use of digital technology in BAZNAS and how to develop digital entrepreneurship in the future. Findings from the results of the study revealed that the BAZNAS digital zakat program can reduce poverty due to empowering mustahik through digital entrepreneurship and digital technology innovation in the form of rice atm. Other digital technology implementations are digitizing zakat payments, application-based digital information technology services for muzzaki, and blockchain (i-zakat) in managing digital zakat. For the development of digital entrepreneurship, the role of government, universities, and BAZNAS must be able to work well together. The BAZNAS Model digital zakat program can be a useful reference for global zakat managers in improving digital entrepreneurial practices and zakat distribution innovation. The implications of this research are the results of observations on the practice of using BAZNAS digital zakat technology in the management of zakat based on a theoretical basis using an Islamic economic approach.
