Abstract:O lúpus eritematoso sistêmico (LES) é uma doença inflamatória crônica multissistêmica, de caráter autoimune e de etiologia idiopática, marcada pelo aumento da atividade do sistema imunológico e pela síntese de autoanticorpos.
