Glomangiopericytoma simulating an intracavernous meningioma

Abstract: Background:Glomangiopericytoma is an uncommonly encountered tumor of the nose and paranasal sinuses, accounting for <0.5% of all sinonasal tumors. Extension of these lesions to the anterior or middle cranial fossa is rare.
