Global transmission dynamic of SIR model in the time of SARS-CoV-2

Abstract: This current work studies a new mathematical model for SARS-CoV-2. We show how immigration, protection, death rate, exposure, cure rate and interaction of infected people with healthy people affect the population. Our model is SIR model, which has three classes including susceptible, infected and recovered respectively. Here, we find the basic reproduction number and local stability through jacobean matrix. Lyapunvo function theory is used to calculate the global stability for the problem under investigation. … Show more

“…Gonzalez-Parra et al, 2021(Gonzalez-Parra et al, 2021 investigated two distinct COVID-19 virus variants and provided a mathematical model for any more novel variants. In order to reflect the disease's transmission dynamics in more detail, a small number of researchers (Gonzalez-Parra et al, 2021;Tilahun et al, 2020;Tong et al, 2021) have included the influence of vaccines in their suggested models. Sah et al, 2021, (Sah et al, 2021 discovered the effects of precipitated vaccination distribution, which can lessen the burden caused by the various coronavirus strains.…”

“…For example, one type of work mainly focuses on modeling the pandemic spread across regions and examining the effects of travel restrictions ( 10–12 ). Another type of work models the global population as one compartment and neglects the spatial heterogeneity of disease transmissions in different regions ( 13 ). Modeling frameworks are in need to integrate age-structured disease transmission models across different regions to assess the impacts of EIDs and evaluate the effect of NPIs on the global scale.…”

“…The non-standard finite difference(NSFD) scheme shall be adopted to analyze the solution of the designed model. Many authors have considered the non-standard finite difference scheme in the analysis of their models (see 40 , 51 56 ). NSFD, is the most veritable tool in finding numerical solutions to fractional-order models 51 .…”
