Global Tendencies in the Development of Higher Education System and the Position of Research Process in It

Кількісні та якісні аспекти зв'язку науково-освітніх установ (НОУ) України з реальним сектором економіки на сьогодні не є пріоритетом у переліку проблем, пов'язаних із сучасним станом і перспективами вітчизняного науково-технологічного та науково-освітнього потенціалу. Це обумовлює важливість аналізу участі вітчизняних та іноземних суб'єктів науково-освітньої діяльності у науково-технологічних та інноваційних процесах, формування їх зв'язків із іншими секторами економіки, для виокремлення показників, які відображають ключові проблеми вітчизняних суб'єктів науково-освітньої діяльності та мають враховуватися в процесі удосконалення державної науково-освітньої політики.Головну увагу приділено показникам світових рейтингів дослідницьких університетів і річних фінансових звітів іноземних і вітчизняних НОУ, які відображають зв'язки НОУ з галузями економіки. Джерелом інформації є методики оцінювання і складання рейтингів найбільших дослідницьких університетів («Academic Ranking of World Universities», «QS World University Rankings» та «Times Higher Education»), а також річні наукові і фінансові звіти вітчизняних та іноземних університетів.
