Global Manufacturing Strategy

Abstract: Functional Strategies to achieve tho:;e goals constitute manufacturing strategy of a firm. Cost, quality, delivery performance, and flexibility are the most common criteria to evaluate performance of a manufacturing system. It should be noted that firms are not in a position to choose between cost and quality or de pendability and flexibility objectives.
