Giant pulmonary artery aneurysm in a patient with vasoreactive pulmonary hypertension: a case report

Abstract: BackgroundPulmonary artery aneurysms are a rare condition, frequently associated with pulmonary hypertension. However, the evolution and treatment of this pathology is still not clear.Case PresentationThe authors report a case of a 65-year old patient with pulmonary artery aneurysm associated with pulmonary arterial hypertension.
