Giant fibroepithelial stromal polyp of the vulva: largest case reported

Abstract: BackgroundFibroepithelial stromal polyps are site-specific mesenchymal lesions that are commonly found in the vulvovaginal region in premenopausal females. These polyps usually are less than 5 cm in diameter and are most commonly identified during routine gynecological examination.
