Gestão por Padronização de Processos: A percepção dos Enfermeiros de Centro Cirúrgico

Abstract: RESUMO:Objetivo: revelar a visão de Gestores Enfermeiros de Centro Cirúrgico sobre o modelo de gestão por padronização de processos. Método: pesquisa exploratória, descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa, realizada no segundo semestre de 2011.
