Gestão de unidade básica de saúde em municípios de pequeno porte: instrumentos utilizados, facilidades e dificuldades relacionadas

Abstract: analisar o cotidiano do trabalho de gerentes e o uso de instrumentos para o gerenciamentode unidades básicas de saúde (ubs). Método: estudo qualitativo, de caráter compreensivo, cujosdados foram obtidos por meio de dois grupos focais com 12 gerentes de ubs de municípios depequeno porte do Paraná – Brasil, realizados no mês de julho de 2011.
