Abstract: O Brasil tem sofrido um decréscimo nos investimentos do PIB direcionado a infraestrutura. Em 2014 o país chegou a investir apenas 1% do PIB. A indústria da construção civil tem maior capacidade de elevar as taxas de emprego e renda a curto prazo.
