Gestão Ambiental e Viabilidade para Obtenção de Certificação Ambiental

Abstract: O objetivo foi diagnosticar a gestão ambiental e verificar a viabilidade para obtenção de certificação ambiental em uma oficina de refrigeração automotiva. Foi utilizada a abordagem qualitativa para o diagnóstico, e quantitativa que identificou a valorização e disposição a pagar dos potenciais clientes por produtos/ serviços certificados ambientalmente.
