This article considers the valorization of government interventions to support the economy in France; in particular, it provides a detailed geovisualization of emergency funds granted to companies. Transparency of the actions performed to cope with the pandemic situation is offered by the combination of open data and the usage of a new open-source visualization framework. It provides the essential information of public policies for citizens, academics, companies, public decision makers, and so on. The proposed framework is completely customizable and may be easily re-used in many crisis management situations, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, flooding, nuclear disasters. A B S T R A C TIn order to satisfy the social demand for freely obtainable and usable soil information and resources, several national and international soil databases have already been available online for those who are interested. To establish a proper infrastructure for geospatial data with online sharing systems, it is essential that their information is authentic, relevant and freely available for the general public. This paper aims to introduce the beta version of an online, community shared multi-factor soil database developed by the University of Debrecen, Institute of Earth Sciences and Faculty of Informatics. The most important functions of the online system are the acquisition, archiving and geovisualisation of soil profiles, as well as sorting them in accordance to the reference groups established by WRB (World Reference Base for Soil Resources).

The need of data visualization appears regularly in several disciplines. If the data has spatial component its visualization can be based upon it, so the need of using a simple but powerful tool for supporting the geovisualization is evident. There are several methods to create and represent such files, from which the usage of KML files are said to be the most popular [1]. Although the user interface of Google Earth (the native browser and producer of KML files) provides a number of tools for defining elements and saving them in kml or kmz format [2], these files cannot be regarded optimal. Several inconvenient situations could be avoided if the users followed simple guidelines and edited the generated files. This paper focuses on defining the main steps of reorganizing a KML file and provides designing instructions to get KML files with optimized structure.
