Genomic skimming and nanopore sequencing uncover cryptic hybridization in one of world’s most threatened primates

Abstract: The Brazilian buffy-tufted-ear marmoset (Callithrix aurita), one of the world’s most endangered primates, is threatened by anthropogenic hybridization with exotic, invasive marmoset species.
