Abstract: As the main effector cells of chronic in ammation and hyperplasia of synovium, broblast-like synoviocytes (FLSs) show abnormal proliferation and insu cient apoptosis in hypoxic microenvironment, which is due to the increase of BNIP3-mediated autophagy.
