Genetic Predictors for Cardioembolic Stroke in Patients With Atrial Fibrillation

Abstract: Цель. Выявить генетические предикторы ишемического инсульта у больных с ФП. Материал и методы. Обследован 121 пациент с ФП и 155 их родственников I-III степени родства. В первую группу вошло 43 пробанда с ФП и ОНМК в анамнезе и 54 их родственника, во вторую -78 пробандов с ФП без ОНМК и 101 их родственник. Контрольная группа состоит из 188 человек.
