The development of the industry stimulates the functioning of environmental projects related to agriculture, renewable energy sources, and environmentally friendly industry. Improving the system of “green” lending in banks contributes to the development of the private sector on new terms, which implies maximum preservation of natural resources and receiving more profit than from traditional projects. When issuing loans for the development of sustainable entrepreneurship, the banking sector seeks to support clients in the transition to sustainable solutions, since the conservation of resources and the creation of energy-saving technologies determine the future capabilities of the state. Green loans are an effective and significant tool for the development of sustainable entrepreneurship in the industry. And the conditions and procedure for issuing them are the mechanism through which the industry develops. Green loans can also be issued for projects of large clients in support of the industry, which meets the requirements of the SEB system. By choosing a green loan to finance a project, the enterprise becomes part of a sustainable management system. The most relevant areas for obtaining "green" loans are: renewable energy (solar, wind, tidal energy, bioenergy; energy efficiency - in relation to district heating or cooling; clean transport - non-fossil fuels or hybrid transport solutions; waste management - energy from waste and methane capture projects, as well as projects to reduce waste through process improvement; emission reduction - reduction of emissions of particulate matter, heavy metals and dioxins through physical, chemical, mechanical means; sustainable forestry - forestry projects with a forest management certificate or equivalent scheme certification; water and wastewater treatment – drinking water production, wastewater treatment, water resources management.

Objective: The article is devoted to the topical issue of the impact of human resource management on increasing an enterprise's innovative potential to implement the principles of sustainable development. Methods: Through an analysis of scientific literature, the article analyzes the relationship between human resource development and sustainable development and the essence of human resource management for sustainable development. Results: The study identifies the key success factors of an enterprise's innovation activities, which lead to an increase in its innovation potential, and how they relate to human resource management, as well as the basic principles of human resource management based on sustainable development, which promote greater innovation potential of an economic entity. Conclusion: Today human resource management aimed at increasing the innovative potential of an enterprise considering the specifics of its activities and the current socio-economic situation, is a key factor contributing to the achievement of sustainable development principles and the strategic objectives of the enterprise. The authors conclude that human resource management based on the principles of sustainable development acts as a component of the organizational and economic mechanisms of their innovative development.

Objective: Global information and technological changes have opened up new opportunities for information and public communication processes. The purpose of the study is to analyze the level of competence of future specialists in economics and finances in the field of information security and develop recommendations for its improvement. Methods: The level of information security competencies of future specialists in economics and finance has been determined, characterized by the degree of awareness of the importance of readiness to work in corporate information security systems based on an empirical study using a survey of "Finance, banking, and insurance", "Accounting and taxation", and "Economics" students (94 people total) and a subsequent pedagogical experiment with their participation. Results: Authors of the articles have described the main methods and directions of forming the ability of a future specialist in economics and finance to work responsibly in corporate institutions, which are associated, first of all, with the introduction of a special course "Security of financial and economic information in information systems". Conclusion: The lack of readiness among economics and finance specialists to work in corporate information security systems may hinder the achievement of sustainable development. To address this issue, it is important to prepare future specialists in economics and finance for professional activity in the conditions of a corporate information security system. It is possible to prevent the development of negative phenomena in the field of information security with the help of the purposeful formation of appropriate competencies in specialists in economics and finance.
