Recently, we have investigated the amino acid L‐lysine promoted CO2 capture and in‐situ hydrogenation to produce formate applying ruthenium‐ and manganese‐based catalysts (Chem. Sci. 2021, 12, 6020, Nature Energy 2022, 7, 438). Noteworthy, following this process CO2 can be captured from ambient air and directly converted to formate (TON>50,000). In this Comment, we report how hydrochloride impurities in the amino acid affect the CO2 capture efficiency and therewith lead to an ostensibly different behaviour of D‐ and L‐lysine in the CO2 capture. The results demonstrate the importance of careful analysis of all educts.

Estimation of the probability density function from the statistical power moments presents a challenging nonlinear numerical problem posed by unbalanced nonlinearities, numerical instability and a lack of convergence, especially for larger numbers of moments. Despite many numerical improvements over the past two decades, the classical moment problem of maximum entropy (MaxEnt) is still a very demanding numerical and statistical task. Among others, it was presented how Fup basis functions with compact support can significantly improve the convergence properties of the mentioned nonlinear algorithm, but still, there is a lot of obstacles to an efficient pdf solution in different applied examples. Therefore, besides the mentioned classical nonlinear Algorithm 1, in this paper, we present a linear approximation of the MaxEnt moment problem as Algorithm 2 using exponential Fup basis functions. Algorithm 2 solves the linear problem, satisfying only the proposed moments, using an optimal exponential tension parameter that maximizes Shannon entropy. Algorithm 2 is very efficient for larger numbers of moments and especially for skewed pdfs. Since both Algorithms have pros and cons, a hybrid strategy is proposed to combine their best approximation properties.

Доведено, що необхідна зміна парадигми викладання дисциплін комп'ютерного профілю в контексті візуалізації дидактичних матеріалів як основи абстрагування матеріалу. Встановлено, що навчання дисциплінам комп'ютерного профілю здійснюється в умовах дуже мінливої предметної області та великої кількості різноманітних методів й інструментальних засобів. Одним з головних принципів навчання студентів стає високий рівень абстрагування навчального матеріалу. Розглянуто класичні методики навчання дисципліни "Комп'ютерна анімація", які передбачають лекційно-практичну форму навчання з переважно текстовими дидактичними матеріалами, що мають низький рівень абстрагування порівняно з використанням відеоматеріалів. Літ. 15.The research work is devoted to the problem of the use of video materials in the training of future engineerpedagogue, in particular the visualization of teaching materials in the training of future computer technicians. It is proved that the necessary change of the paradigm of teaching the disciplines of the computer profile in the context of visualization of didactic materials as the basis of abstraction of the material. It has been established that the training of disciplines of the computer profile is carried out in a very changing subject area and a large number of different methods and tools. One of the main principles of student learning is the high level of abstraction of learning material.
