“…A further question regards the adequacy (in location, magnitude and timing) of such reaction. The observations reported herein point towards a possible role for Id-Abs in the physiological attempt performed by the general network of constitutively expressed natural a-Abs, named "Immunculus", (Poletaev and Osipenko, 2003) (which may be roughly defined as the internal "mould" of the optimal metabolic state as reflected by the immune system), to compensate for the neurological loss and to re-establish the pre-existing balance, as indicated by the changes in "failure" scenarios. Interestingly, however, data obtained in the subgroup of patients in which serum was analyzed also at 6 -8 months after IS, representing the two extremities of the range of functional recovery (previously represented by Groups 1 and 3), showed the presence of an abnormal Id-Abs/AIdAbs ratio in a higher percentage among patients with poor recovery resulting in post-stroke dementia (Table IV).…”

“…У всех здоро-вых людей продукция аутоантител, специфически взаимодействующих с теми или иными аутоантиге-нами, поддерживается в относительно узких диапа-зонах. Если их становится слишком много или слиш-ком мало, это может стать причиной болезни [28]. Наборы аутоантител формируются во внутриутроб-ном периоде, являются очень сходными у всех здо-ровых лиц разного возраста, а выявляемые неболь-шие различия отражают иммунометаболическую индивидуальность [10].…”

“…Content auto-at the same antigenic specificity of an individual differs very little from the sampling of blood from different blood vessels [10,12] . In other words, whole-organismic network auto-AB IgG ("Immunculus" [13] ) arranged on the holographic principle [3] . The main feature of a hologram is that any small portion of a holographic image contains information about holistic three-dimensional picture.…”
