City. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. Research data analysis was carried out through the stages: data management, data analysis, and interpretation of the results. The results of the study show that: (1) the presence of the internet has changed reading behavior from print to online. Reading activity is not a priority activity for students to do when using the internet, ( 2) gender has an influence on reading behavior. Male and female students differ in their use of the internet, their interest in reading topics of fiction and non-fiction, and their efforts to obtain reading materials.
