The EOs of this genus were found to be rich in iridoid monoterpenoids, which exhibited many in vitro/in vivo biological activities including antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, cytostatic, phytotoxic, and repellent properties [4][5][6][7][8][9][10].
