Gastric lipoma in the pyloric antrum: a rare case report

Abstract: Introduction and Importance: Gastric lipoma is a rare benign tumor of the stomach that arises from adipose tissue. It is often asymptomatic and is incidentally diagnosed on endoscopy or imaging studies. Case Presentation: A 66-year-old male presented with epigastric pain and acid reflux.
