Ganzheitliche Planung nachhaltiger Bürogebäude in Stahl‐ und Verbundbauweise

Abstract

Im folgenden Beitrag wird eine Übersicht über Inhalte und Ergebnisse des interdisziplinären Forschungsprojektes FOSTA P881 “Nachhaltige Büro‐ und Verwaltungsgebäude in Stahl‐ und Stahlverbundbauweise“ [1] gegeben. Ausgangspunkt sind soziokulturelle und soziotechnische Untersuchungen zur zukünftigen Entwicklung von Büroarbeitswelten und Beobachtungen des Immobilienmarktes. Aus diesen werden strukturelle Anforderungen zur Schaffung flexibler Gebäudestrukturen abgeleitet, die Änderungen der Büroorganisationsformen mit geringen Eingriffen erlauben. Zur Bewertung der ökonomischen Nachhaltigkeit werden neben den Kosten im Lebenszyklus die Wertstabilität und der ökonomische Nutzen flexibler Bürogebäude berücksichtigt. Grundlage für den Entwurf von Deckensystemen und Stützen unter Nachhaltigkeitskriterien sind die Ergebnisse aus Parameterstudien, bei denen Bauprinzipien, Bauteilausbildung und Werkstoffe, Rastermaße und Spannweiten variiert und vorteilhafte Lösungen herausgearbeitet wurden. Als ein Hilfsmittel für die Planung steht ein umfangreicher Bauteilkatalog zur Verfügung, der im Rahmen des Forschungsprojektes erarbeitet wurde. Im Fokus der Untersuchung zu den Fassadenkonstruktionen stehen vorgehängte hinterlüftete Fassaden und Wärmedämmverbundkonstruktionen, für die z. B. graue Energie und Wärmedurchgang in Relation gesetzt werden. Es wird ein neu entwickeltes CAD‐basiertes Softwaretool vorgestellt, das einen genetischen Algorithmus zur Tragwerksoptimierung nutzt und den Entwurf unter Nachhaltigkeitskriterien in Sekundenschnelle ermöglicht. In this paper, an overview of the contents and results of the interdisciplinary research project FOSTA P881 “Sustainable office and administration buildings in steel and steel composite construction“ [1] is given. Socio‐cultural and socio‐technical studies on the future development of office work environments and observations in the real estate market are the starting point of the research. From these studies, structural requirements are derived for the design of adaptable building structures that allow changing the office organisation form with little modifications. Besides the life cycle costs, the value retention and the economic benefits of adaptable office buildings are considered in the evaluation of the economic sustainability. The results of parameter studies, in which the structural system and grid dimensions of the building as well as forms, dimension and material qualities of structural components were varied, serve as a basis for the design of slab systems and columns considering defined sustainability criteria. The parameter studies were also used to elaborate advantageous solutions. As a part of the research project, an extensive component catalogue was developed, which may be used for the planning of sustainable office buildings.
