The Industry 4.0 paradigm challenges institutions and organizations in the public and private sectors to optimize and improve the quality of management and core business processes by implementing intelligent systems technologies in their daily activities. Such optimization is driven by the rapid pace of development of computer technology, software, and technological capabilities of hardware. To ensure high-quality management of public affairs and sustainable socio-economic development, the public administration sector is a key actor that guarantees the implementation of tasks and consolidation of society to achieve the declared goals.
