Abstract

The Industry 4.0 paradigm challenges institutions and organizations in the public and private sectors to optimize and improve the quality of management and core business processes by implementing intelligent systems technologies in their daily activities. Such optimization is driven by the rapid pace of development of computer technology, software, and technological capabilities of hardware. To ensure high-quality management of public affairs and sustainable socio-economic development, the public administration sector is a key actor that guarantees the implementation of tasks and consolidation of society to achieve the declared goals. The effectiveness of public administration processes is dominant in harmonizing the interaction between the state and civil society, ensuring high and proper quality of administrative services, improving the quality of management decisions, etc. Achieving high efficiency of public administration processes is seen as possible through their automation, transferring most of the daily, routine tasks to intelligent systems technologies and releasing officials from low-skilled, routine work, which will allow for significant economic, organizational, and social effects. Channeling the freed-up intellectual, creative, and spiritual abilities of employees of state institutions and administrative service centers to solve really important, complex tasks of rebuilding Ukraine will improve the functioning of public
