Gambaran Pengelolaan Emergency Kit (Trolley) Di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie Kabupaten Gorontalo

Abstract

An emergency kit is life-saving drug storage that is immediately required for helping patients with a sudden decline in health status. Therefore, the management of an emergency kit should be taken into concern. This qualitative descriptive research is devoted to determining the management of the emergency kit (trolley) from the aspects of recording and reporting, arrangement, human resources, facilities, and infrastructure in Regional Public Hospital RSUD Hasri Ainun Habibie in 2019. The obtained data were analyzed based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 72 of 2016 Concerning Standards of Pharmaceutical Services in Hospitals and the Standard Operating Procedures of the hospital mentioned earlier. Further, this study involved pharmacy staff as the responsible person of the Trolley and Emergency Trolley themselves as the sample. The results indicate that the wards, in terms of the recording and reporting processes, have not reached good management. It is revealed that out of seven wards that provide emergency trolley, 100% of them have not fulfilled the sub-variable on recording the taking of emergency stocks in the aspect of recording and reporting; 100% have not satisfied the sub-variable on using the key of disposable trolley in the aspect of arrangement; in the aspect of human resources, 100% and 50% have not met the sub-variables on the signing of the handover letter and trolley locking, respectively, and 25% have done the gradual stocks checking; in the aspect of facilities and infrastructure, 100% have not fulfilled the sub-variable on disposable lock document.

Gambaran Pengelolaan Emergency Trolley Di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) Rumah Sakit X Di Serpong

“…Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada pengadaan obat emergency trolley obat segera diganti setelah ada pemakaian terdapat hasil yang tercapai 26 hari (86,67%) dan tidak tercapai terdapat hasil 4 hari (13,33%) dikarenakan petugas perawat tidak segera memberitahukan ke instalasi farmasi ketika obat sudah terpakai di ruangan, sehingga penggantian obat terlambat oleh petugas farmasi, obat yang terlambat diganti yaitu obat ephineprine injeksi, diazepam injeksi, dan diazepam suppos, penggantian obat yang sudah terpakai diketahui pada saat pergantian shift oleh Apoteker dan TTK, sehingga obat baru diganti oleh petugas farmasi dan penggantian obat kurang dari 30 menit yang sudah ditetapkan Rumah Sakit, belum sesuai dengan Standar Operasional (SPO). Menurut Widy (2021), obat tidak segera diganti karena masih kurangnya kepatuhan terhadap standar pengelolaan obat emergency trolley di ruangan (Widy, 2021). Perawat menyertakan resep kebagian instalasi farmasi terdapat hasil yang tercapai 26 hari (86,67%) dan tidak tercapai 4 hari (13,33%) menurut Wahyuni (2020), obat yang sudah terpakai tidak segera diresepkan kebagian instalasi farmasi, karena petugas perawat lebih fokus pada keselamatan pasien, sehingga resep tidak terlaporkan, hal ini menyebabkan petugas farmasi tidak mengetahui bahwa ada pemakaian obat emergency trolley, pentingnya peresepan supaya petugas farmasi mengetahui ada obat yang telah terpakai, sehingga obat akan segera diganti (Wahyuni, 2020).…”

Hasri Ainun Habibie, didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa yang belum memenuhi sub variabel yaitu pada pencatatan pengambilan perbekalan farmasi, dengan presentase 100% (tidak), pada kunci dissposible trolley dengan presentase 100% (tidak) pada sumberdaya manusia pada sub variabel lima dengan presentase 100% (tidak) sub variabel enam presentase 50% (tidak) sub variabel delapan presentase 100% (tidak), 50%(tidak) 25% ya (Widy, 2021).…”
