Abstract: Penularan penyakit dapat terjadi melalui makanan yang disebabkan kontaminasi dari air, wadah makanan, kebersihan tangan, bahan makanan, serta sanitasi lingkungan. Makanan jajanan yang mengandung zat berbahaya dan tercemar oleh mikroba dapat menyebabkan berbagai penyakit seperti alergi, diare, keracunan, kanker, maupun tumor.
