Fuzzy-analytical-hierarchy process in failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) to identify process failure in the warehouse of a cement industry

Abstract: Purpose This paper aims to identify and reduce possible process failures occurred in warehouse. Design/methodology/approach This research used risk analysis method FMEA combined with fuzzy-analytical hierarchy process (AHP).
