Abstract

The reported paper discusses co-existence aspects of an evolving transport infrastructure and the environment. In a long-term perspective, the specific development and upgrade of various transport means shouldn’t cause harm to the environment. The paper highlights a necessity of environmental improvement, reduction of noise impact, vibration and hazardous emissions into the atmosphere.
