“…The FuFA-containing TAG standards were synthesized according to Wiedmaier-Czerny et al [ 6 ]. Fish oil I was a concentrate of ω-3 fatty acids which was rich in 5,8,11,14,17-eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 4,7,10,13,16,19-docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) (Table 2 ) and mixed tocopherols produced by BASF (Ludwigshafen am Rhein, Germany) and was used in another study before from Masuchi Buscato et al [ 18 ].
