Functional Properties of Spice Extracts Obtained via Supercritical Fluid Extraction

Abstract: In the present study the antioxidant, anticancer, and antimycobacterial activities of extracts from ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.), and turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) were evaluated.
