Abstract: Objective: To determine the frequency of in-hospital mortality in patients with high NLR presenting with STEMI. Methodology: Consecutive patients with STEMI and high NLR presenting at Cardiology department, Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar were evaluated for our study.
