Abstract:The present research was conducted to assess the free radical scavenging activity of Garcinia mangostana L leaves by DPPH (1,1, diphenyl-2 picryl hydrazyl) method. Free radical scavenging activity of juice and ethanolic extract of G. mangostana leaves were determined by using spectrophotometry UV-Vis method.
