Lacan's original approach to language expands the reaches of psychoanalysis. Not limited to a set of technical instructions that guide “treatments of the soul,” lacanian psychoanalysis can be seen as a theoretical toolbox whose utility is multidisciplinary. This paper contends that, by establishing a connection between (i) the idea that subjects are produced by language and bear the mark of the unconscious; and (ii) an approach to the production of symptoms that acknowledges the importance of their sense, lacanian theories enlighten discussions on the theme of vulnerability. We claim that Lacan's description of psychoanalysis as an apparatus that respects the person and (foremost) their symptoms generates evidence of the existence of a kind of recognition that takes into account the vulnerability of a given subject without assigning them to a fixed position of victim. This perspective enriches contemporary debates on the relationship between identity and vulnerability.

Die Arbeit mit hoch belasteten jungen Menschen und Familien bedarf in besonderer Weise der Reflexion eigener und fremder Macht-Ohnmacht-Dynamiken. Dies insofern, da zum einen nicht selten von pädagogischen Fachpersonen die eigene Hilflosigkeit und Ohnmacht sowie die eigenen pädagogischen Omnipotenzphantasien unreflektiert bleiben (Fengler, 2001; Schmidbauer, 2002). Zum anderen gilt es, um den desubjektivierenden Auswirkungen der Macht (Agamben, 2008) etwas entgegensetzen zu können, Macht nicht nur als individualpsychologisches Phänomen misszuverstehen, sondern als ein Dispositiv (Foucault, 1978). Der Beitrag analysiert typische Macht-Ohnmacht Dynamiken und häufige unbewusste Abwehrmechanismen im Feld der Sonderpädagogik und bezieht den Subjektbegriff der strukturalen Psychoanalyse ein. Exemplarisch wird an der École Expérimentale de Bonneuil (Mannoni, 1978) untersucht, ob an diesem sozialen Ort ein umgekehrtes Dispositiv, gar eine Gegenmacht wirkt, welche die Subjektwerdung fördert.

Dans un contexte de « féminisation » encore massive du secteur de l'accueil de la petite enfance, la professionnalisation des professionnel•le•s de crèche s'accompagne le plus souvent d'une injonction de mise à distance des affects. Celle-ci se justifie par une logique de distinction vis-à-vis de la relation mère-enfant naturalisée. Je souhaite présenter ici quelques éléments de ma réflexion autour de la question de la professionnalisation dans ce secteur, en confrontant deux visions de la professionnalisation, l'une majoritaire, classique et d'inspiration sociologique, l'autre minoritaire et d'inspiration clinique.
