Foundation of multilevel apploach to fracture modeling for materials with submicrostructure applicable for Arctic and Subarctic environment

Abstract: A short review of research on multiscale modeling of the fracture processes of heterogeneous materials with submicrostructures applicable to Arctic and Subarctic environments is presented.
