Fostering students’ discipline in boarding school toward industry 4.0

Abstract: This study focused on the school's strategy in fostering students" discipline in boarding schools. These strategies are: (1) fostering discipline and education in state defense, (2) religious formation, and (3) evaluation of its fostering activities.
