Prof. Dr. Olcay Kaplan Ince received a BS from Hacettepe University, Turkey, and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Firat University, Turkey, in 2008. She is a research analytical chemist and previous head of the Food Engineering Department, Munzur University, Turkey. She serves as editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Pure and Applied Sciences. She is the author of more than forty papers published in respectable journals.
