Forward modeling of paleo heat flow: a case study of Kristin Field, Mid-Norwegian continental shelf

Abstract: Temperature and paleo heat flow are critical of understanding of hydrocarbon plays in the Norwegian margin. The Kristin Field located on the Mid-Norwegian continental shelf is selected to construct a 3D thermal history model. The rift evolution of the Kristin Field and corresponding paleo heat flow have been modeled with forward modeling approach in our study. Based on the simulation of crustal thinning and tectonic subsidence, the average stretching factor 1.5 for crust and 2.5 for mantle were obtained in our… Show more

“…These actuators are used to achieve better dynamical behavior. There are many types of research concerning the control of MEMS [ 35 , 36 , 37 , 38 , 39 , 40 ]. The aims of the control algorithms are to establish a regulation [ 36 , 37 , 40 ] or a tracking [ 41 ] control law based on the linear [ 38 , 40 ] or the nonlinear [ 39 , 41 , 42 ] dynamic model of the micro-beam, where the supply voltage is considered a control input.…”
