This research is a review and analysis paper that offers a transdisciplinary, methodological, and strategic vision for soft computing development towards a wider favorable impact in data analytics. Strategies are defined, explained, and illustrated by examples. The paper also shows how these strategies are expressed in three dimensions of an ambitious actions plan. They are all integrated into a master strategy called wide knowledge discovery, which offers a way towards the augmented analytics paradigm. Some contributions of this work are defining what kind of mathematical elements should be introduced into soft computing towards a better impact on the area of data analytics, offering orientation towards building new mathematical elements, and defining why and how they can be introduced.

In this paper, we investigate several fuzzy differential subordinations that are connected with the Borel distribution series Bλ,α,β(z) of the Mittag-Leffler type, which involves the two-parameter Mittag-Leffler function Eα,β(z). Using the above-mentioned operator Bλ,α,β, we also introduce and study a class Mλ,α,βFη of holomorphic and univalent functions in the open unit disk Δ. The Mittag-Leffler-type functions, which we have used in the present investigation, belong to the significantly wider family of the Fox-Wright function pΨq(z), whose p numerator parameters and q denominator parameters possess a kind of symmetry behavior in the sense that it remains invariant (or unchanged) when the order of the p numerator parameters or when the order of the q denominator parameters is arbitrarily changed. Here, in this article, we have used such special functions in our study of a general Borel-type probability distribution, which may be symmetric or asymmetric. As symmetry is generally present in most works involving fuzzy sets and fuzzy systems, our usages here of fuzzy subordinations and fuzzy membership functions potentially possess local or non-local symmetry features.

This work analyzes the visibility and scientific impact of publications related to agricultural value chains. The incidence of bibliometric indicators allows for the interpretation of bibliographic information generated worldwide. Objective: The objective of this research is to analyze the published literature and bibliometric indicators on agricultural value chains. The Web of Science database was used to extract value chains data. The study analyzed articles published between 2010 and 2020. The keywords used are "agricultural value chains'' and articles from journals or studies related to the subject were selected for bibliometric analysis and methodological review. In the search for the keyword, a total of 4208 results were extracted, of which 1,669 records were considered for analysis. The bibliometric analysis of the data reveals that Wageningen University (55) has the highest number of publications, followed by Chinese Acad Sci (26). The author Klerkx L (9) has the highest number of records, followed by Hellin J (7). With respect to the countries with the greatest contributions on the subject are: the People's Republic of China, Germany, Italy, France and the United States. The study contributes to the analysis of bibliometrics and provides a methodological review of published journal articles on agricultural value chains. This bibliographic study presents the history of research development in agricultural value chains.
