FORMULASI DAN EVALUASI NANOEMULSI EKSTRAK DAUN KEMANGI (Ocimum basilicum L.) DENGAN VARIASI KONSENTRASI TWEEN 80

Abstract: Pendahuluan: Nanoemulsi adalah sistem emulsi transparan, terdiri dari campuran minyak dan air, serta molekul surfaktan untuk menstabilkannya. Ukuran partikel nanoemulsi berkisar antara 10-200 nm. Kandungan alkaloid, flavonoid, tannin, saponin dan eugenol pada daun kemangi bermanfaat sebagai antibakteri.
