This article presents the results of theoretical analysis and comprehensive study in the practice of preparing pedagogical university graduates to ensure the general education results in professional activity. The results allow the formulation of the essence of the "socio-cultural competence" concept, especially the features of its formation at the stage of professional training. In addition, the meta-subjective approach in the general education system is significant. The refraction of the former students' socio-cultural competence in the professional readiness and ability to provide meta-subject and personal results of schoolchildren's learning is a task, the solution of which became the object of development within the framework of the conducted research. The aim of the research is to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of the socio-cultural competence of trainees, to systematize and present the experience of the State University of Humanities and Technology in Russia in the pedagogical personnel training to work in new socio-cultural conditions. The socio-cultural practices presented in the article are subordinated to the logic of the future teachers' professional training, which makes it possible to form general cultural and general professional competences defined by GEF HE. Gradual change of the student's position from the participant of socio-cultural practices to their developer and leader determines the expansion of the student's abilities and readiness for effective interaction with the participants of educational relations in direct professional activity

<p>The purpose of our work is to check the effectiveness of the principle of systematic in the process of teaching professional foreign language to the engineering specialties. The laboratory work contains information lexical programs for the introduction of active lexical lessons, vocabulary and grammar exercises, and questions to the texts of lessons, designated for self-control and mutual control. The authors presented the results of the implementation of the system principle in the pedagogical process, namely the possibility of providing systematic construction of methodical literature and construction of intra subject links. The laboratory work, thanks to which there is an actualization and improvement of basic knowledge and skills, as well as the motivation of educational activity - is the form of realization of this principle. The students have an opportunity to demonstrate the independence in performing communicative actions in the professional sphere, provided by the program, to automate their skills, to conduct the self-study and self-monitoring of knowledge and skills, as well as to make their correction.</p>

In recent years, the European Union has advanced towards responsible and sustainable Artificial Intelligence (AI) research, development and innovation. While the Ethics Guidelines for Trustworthy AI released in 2019 and the AI Act in 2021 set the starting point for a European Ethical AI, there are still several challenges to translate such advances into the public debate, education and practical learning. This paper contributes towards closing this gap by reviewing the approaches that can be found in the existing literature and by interviewing 11 experts across five countries to help define educational strategies, competencies and resources needed for the successful implementation of Trustworthy AI in Higher Education (HE) and to reach students from all disciplines. The findings are presented in the form of recommendations both for educators and policy incentives, translating the guidelines into HE teaching and practice, so that the next generation of young people can contribute to an ethical, safe and cutting-edge AI made in Europe.
