The continuous heating transformation program is developed to investigate the influence of continuous annealing technological parameters on recrystalization for cold-rolled strip in galvanizing line. This program can be used for the calculation of the continuous annealing temperature field of strip steel, determination of the start and end time of recrystallization in continuous heating process, and procurement of the continuous heating transformation diagram. The temperature field for continuous annealing is simulated by means of finite difference method. Based on the Scheil superposition principle, the continuous heating transformation curve is obtained by using time temperature transformation (TTT) curve which is measured experimentally. The developed program has been used in practice, and the strip speed on production line increases by more than 10%.Hot-dip galvanizing process is one of the most common methods for protecting the cold-rolled steel sheets against corrosion [1] . Due to excellent corrosion resistance, galvanized sheets have been widely used in automotive components [2] . With development of the automobile industry, improvement of the production capacity of the galvanized sheet has been the trend in order to meet the increasing market demand for galvanizing product. High-speed galvanized method was used by many companies in developed countries, for example, the fastest speed of galvanizing line for Spanish companies reached 258 m/min, whereas, maximum speed of 1550 galvanizing line was 180 m/min for Baosteel. It means that the speed-increasing can significantly improve the production capacity through optimizing processing parameters on the basis of studying continuous annealing and recrystalization occurred in the continuous annealing [3][4][5][6] .In this paper, the influence of continuous annealing technological parameters on recrystalization of coldrolled strip in galvanizing line, such as the strip thickness and the speed of production line, is investigated.For this purpose, time temperature transformation (TTT) curve of cold-rolled strip is measured experimentally. The continuous annealing temperature field of strip steel is simulated by the finite difference method. Based on Scheil superposition principle, according to TTT diagram, the continuous heating transformation curve is obtained.
