Objective: To summarize the production of the Professional Master's Program in Nursing Care Management of the Federal University of Santa Catarina, between 2013 and 2016. Method: electronic documental research. After data collection, we analyzed the numbers of defenses in relation to what was predicted by the respective public notices; as well as sex, training time and professional area of the authors; scenario, context and research line; general objective, analysis support model, methodological approach, instruments/techniques of data collection, and technique of analysis; and, finally, technological productions. Results: 57 dissertations were found and subjected to analysis. The highest number of defenses took place in 2016, in the public scenario, in a care context, with a qualitative approach and having assistance protocols as a final product. Conclusion: Although the country has weaknesses in its educational system, results of the post-graduate level stand out through the technological productions of professional master's studies in nursing.

Estudo descritivo exploratório de abordagem qualitativa com o objetivo de identificar as dificuldades encontradas por egressos de enfermagem durante sua inserção de no mercado de trabalho e a percepção destes relacionada ao seu preparo para exercer suas funções como enfermeiro. O estudo foi realizado com 22 egressos de enfermagem de instituição e ensino superior com conclusão da graduação entre os anos de 2008 a 2012. Os dados foram coletados nos meses de julho e agosto de 2013 por meio de questionário semiestruturado, enviados via e-mail, conforme cadastro obtido em Coordenação do Curso de Enfermagem e/ou via redes sociais. Os resultados das questões fechadas foram analisados por meio de estatística descritiva e os depoimentos submetidos a análise de conteúdo de Bardin. Os resultados apontaram que a maioria dos egressos era do sexo feminino, com faixa etária entre 22 a 30 anos, católicos, solteiros, recém-formados, sem especialização e atuando como enfermeiros. Pode-se concluir que a falta de experiência foi apontada como fator de maior dificuldade para a inserção dos recém-graduados no mercado de trabalho, porém não um indicador de desemprego, pois a maioria dos egressos participantes desta pesquisa eram recém-formados e atuavam como enfermeiros. A análise dos dados apontou duas categorias temáticas provenientes dos depoimentos dos egressos: Dificuldades e potencialidades atreladas a formação acadêmica e Dificuldades e potencialidades atreladas a características individuais.

The feeling of belonging distinguishes by the need to establish links that become significant and necessary for an individual's overall development. It emerges from the individual's experience and interaction with the world. Sense of belonging should also be contextualized in school life since it favors the teaching/learning process and students' motivation and participation. This paper tries to identify different forms of sense of belonging in the academic environment and their determinants. The methodology was a systematic review on electronic databases Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature (LILACS), SciELO, PubMed, Portal CAPES, and Google Scholar, including the studies published between January 2009 and October 2014. It is a theoretical study based on research and publications already accomplished in order to support a proposal for graduates' monitoring and evaluation. It is possible to highlight some contributions that feed a belonging relationship between students and teaching institutions. Therefore, it is clear the need to establish an ongoing dialogue between graduates and universities. Indicatives observed in this paper show that lived relations from students' admission time, in the academic environment, may develop a belonging sense and promote mutual, healthy, and lasting commitment.Thus, it is going to revert a constant update in its conceptual bases and curriculum organization for the institution, in view of constant changes in the working world. Also, it is going to allow continuous training and greater approach and commitment to the graduates. The study aims to develop a monitoring system proposal for graduates.
