Forced Marriage in the Bride-Napping Case in Sumba-East Nusa Tenggara Linked with Positive Law in Indonesia

Abstract: This study was aimed at revealing the customary and legal issues that were applied in the practice of bridenapping in Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT).
